God's Hand Beckons Us From Across the Bay

Hundreds of families flooded by storms last September, 2003 on Maryland's Eastern Shore need our help. So, Good Shepherd is organizing now in response, planning hands-on work teams for Dorchester County, just two hours away, starting this Fall. Other Lutherans have helped there this Spring and Summer. All kinds of hands-on help, with or without experience in disaster response, is needed. Watch for dates and sign-up details in Sunday bulletins and on the Good Shepherd Web Site regarding planned work teams, or contact Dennis Luther (301-948-1279) if you want to help at a time best suited to your schedule, anytime.
