When is Confirmation Held?

Confirmation classes are at 9:45 am on
Sunday mornings from September to June.

Other confirmation activities are announced in the worship bulletin, the youth newsletter, the Shepherd's Link newsletter, and our Good Shepherd web site.

The Confirmation Service for eighth graders in the 2007-08 program will be Sunday, June 1, 2008.

But don't stop there - WORSHIP is important too!

Confirmation classes are scheduled on Sunday mornings to make it easier for you to attend both class and Sunday worship in the same trip to Good Shepherd. As you are expected to attend class, all students are required to attend a worship service every week. It is only through regularly attending the services that youth can learn the benefits of worship attendance. If a student is unable to attend any of the services provided at Good Shepherd, he or she is encouraged to attend another church, bringing the bulletin from that worship service to his or her teacher the following Sunday.

Each week at Good Shepherd there are Worship Services at the following times:

Sundays:

8:30 am - Traditional Worship

10:00 am - Traditional Worship

11:15 am - Contemporary Worship

There are also additional services during Christian holidays.
